Ray was appointed as the CEO of Compal Electronics Inc. since 1989. He has been successfully bringing the company to a better position by his outstanding vision. While under his leadership, Compal went public in 1991. Ray currently leads the operations not only in Compal Electronics Inc., but also in invested companies like Toppoly, Compal Communication Inc. and Int'l Semiconductor Technology Ltd.
After integrating resources with Arcadyan, Compal will be able to create a complete wireless communications business. The new business will move into the areas of digital multimedia home applications and dual-mode phones by utilizing Arcadyan's Internet protocol technology.

As the former President of ADMTEK and Vice President of
Research and Development for Accton, HY brings a rare
combination of engineering expertise along with a larger
perspective of the overall business requirements. With
over twenty-one years working in the telecommunications
and networking industry, HY is responsible for leading
Arcadyan to a new mileston, where the objective is to upgrade Arcadyan to be a leading solution provider for Triple-play application. HY enjoys
reading and jogging during his time away from work.
Mike Lu Executive Vice President
Mike is known for his visionary and entrepreneurial approach to managing business in developing markets. By combining technical expertise with market knowledge, Mike continues to lead businesses into new directions. As the distinguished experiences in Accton Group, Mike has successfully grown the business from a "startup" to a full-fledged business with first-to-market products. Mike has held several positions with Accton Group in the USA, Taiwan, China and Australia in the areas of R & D, production, marketing and business management in a wide range of applications and specifically specializing in various products for the wireless telecommunications industry. During his time away from work, Mike enjoys table tennis, golf, movie and music.
Andrew Yu Chief Financial Officer
As Arcadyan's Chief Financial Officer, Andrew is responsible
for planning Arcadyan's financing strategies and managing
Arcadyan's overall financial health. Andrew joined Arcadyan
in November 2006. Before joining Arcadyan, Andrew was
the director of accounting for Compal Electronics,
Inc., a well-known notebook PC ODM company with stock
listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange, and ECBs listed in Luxembourg
and Singapore. From 1996 to 2002, he worked with KPMG
CPAs. Andrew earned his CPA certificates in the USA. In
his free time, Andrew enjoys baseball, biking, music and
reading.
Edward Tseng Vice President, Sales and
Marketing
Edward is driving Arcadyan's sales and marketing activities worldwide. Prior to joining Arcadyan, Edward was managing the sales and marketing activities for Accton. In that role, Edward successfully met sales objectives by securing accounts with many of the world's leading PC OEM companies. Currently, He uses his in-depth OEM business understanding and sales experience to provide customers value-added wireless solutions for enterprise, home and data clients. Based in Taiwan, Edward enjoys listening to classical music and jogging.
Wen-Chung Chang Vice President, Research
and Development
Wen-Chung joined the Arcadyan executive team, appointed as Vice President of R&D, in December 2003. As the former General Manager of Broadnet and the leader in development projects in the Institute for Information Industry (III) since 1984, Wen-Chung has been leading many developing projects, including the start-up of SEEDNET and partnership with Accton and Arcadyan for broadband related product development. With more than twenty years working in the telecommunication and multimedia engineering activities, Wen-Chung brings a new managing sprint to Arcadyan engineering teams in Taiwan and the USA to fulfill OEM customers¡¦ different requirements. While away from work, Wen-Chung enjoys hiking, jogging, music and reading novels.
David Liu Vice President, Operation
David's core responsibility is to ensure that customer fulfillment and quality manufacturing are realized. Arcadyan is dedicated to world-class customer support and 24/7 product tracking information and with over fourteen years experience in managing quality assurance, design engineering, customer demand fulfillment and program management, David plays an important role. Although based at Arcadyan's headquarters in Taiwan, David manages manufacturing activities in various locations in the Asia-Pacific region
